I have been a long time member of UofI credit union and I have had multiple lending products with them. There is a reason why I keep coming back despite not being in the area - that's because of the awesome people like Katie Bogner who work at the credit union and make customer experience so awesome. You are not a number on balance sheet, but a member of an amazing family. Love it!

Terrific! I only ‘bank’ at Credit Unions! UICCU called me when a hacker took over $1000 from my debit card account (either at Shnucks or ECE Stores). I’d not have realized that this had happened without Fraud Alert! I was able to review and reject the unauthorized transactions immediately and was able to enable rectification very quickly. Thanks!

UICCU has the ability to help members from all walks of life. There is no specific member that we look for when deciding to approve a loan or extend membership. Every member is treated with respect. Today I was extremely proud to call myself a UICCU employee and tell a new member that they were approved for a vehicle loan. As an employee I get to figure out how we can say yes to our members and that is so rewarding.
